Event Details The theme of Pinner Synagogue's 2019 commemoration is Torn from Home and the focus of the evening will be the 80th Anniversary of the Outbreak of WW11.
The keynote speaker is Lili Stern Pohlmann, a child survivor of Lvov Ghetto who will be interviewed by Antony Lishak, Founder of Learning from the Righteous.
An address will be given by HE Prof Arkady Rzegocki, the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland.

The evening will start with a moving inter-generational candle lighting ceremony, followed by a short memorial service and readings from young members of the Pinner community

Doors will open at 7.15pm for a prompt start at 8.00pm. Following the formal proceedings refreshments will be served.
No pre-booking is required.
