Due to increasing demand following last week’s 70th Anniversary commemorations of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau we are organising a day trip to Auschwitz plus an overnight for those who wish the opportunity to see Krakow. Krakow is probably the best intact Jewish quarter in Eastern Europe with 7 shuls to visit and 3 museums along with the ghetto and Shindlers factory.
Details itinerary and cost as follows :-

CHOOSE between Auschwitz-Birkenau day trip or overnight in Krakow with agenda as follow :-
FLIGHTS TO BOOK:- RyanAir Flight No 2432 Stansted to Krakow 8.35 land 12.00
Return Krakow on FR2437 at 21.50 Land Stansted UK at 23.20 return cost as of 4/2/2015 is £68 return
DAY 1 Tuesday 9th June
12.00 noon Arrival at Krakow airport where our guide Kasia will be awaiting with coach
12.30 Coach leaves for Auschwitz
13.30 Auschwitz tour with guide
15.30 Leave for Birkenau [bring sandwiches to have on coach] water and fruit provided
15.45 Visit Birkenau, crematoriums and sauna together with prayer service [bring candles]
17.30 Leave Birkenau and visit town of Oswiecien its Synagogue and museum & café Bergson
19.00pm Leave Oswiecien for airport and 21.45 RyanAir Flight home to Stansted landing at 23.20
For those staying additional night arrive Hotel Eden in Kazimierz at approx 20.30
21.00 Evening meal
DAY 2 Wednesday 10th June
9.30 Jewish quarter of Kazimierz tour of 7 shuls and Galicia museum tour with Kamila together with additional walk
via Wawel castle and main town square for those with stamina or golf cart buggy rides for others.
13.00 Following lunch visit to Shindlers factory and then visit to Ghetto area and quick visit to Chemist under Eagle
museum in Heroes Square. Afternoon 17.00 visit to J C C Krakow with Jonathan Ornstein its Director addressing us
about the vast activities of this building originally funded by Prince Charles and why it has 500 members today
18.00 Free time till coach departs Hotel Eden 19.30 for airport and flight home on day 2
COST – £95 per person for Auschwitz day trip excluding flights – covers all Polish costs guide transport museum fees

OVERNIGHT IN KRAKOW Sharing double twin room £195 single supplement £25 at 3* Hotel Eden in Kazimierz heart of Jewish quarter
All these charges cover all Poland land costs including some meals transport guide and museum fees
