Event Details This event commemorates the 70th anniversary of the deportation of Hungarian Jews and the 70th anniversary of the escape from Auschwitz by Rudolf Vrba and Alfred Wetzler. Professor Dr Gerta Vrbova, who was married to Rudolf Vrba and is a survivor and author of "Betrayed Generation" and "Trust and Deceit" will speak about her husband's story and her grandchildren will speak about their grandfather's journey.

HE Mr Péter Szabadhegy, the Hungarian Ambassador to the UK, will also speak.

This event always attracts a lot of people. Therefore, please come early as seating will be limited because of Health & Safety concerns. Doors open at 7.15pm. Further info on www.pinnershul.org
